6-Month Performance Guarantee

We guarantee that you will generate a minimum of $10,000 in verified profit within 6 months of activating your Breakout A.I. system, or you will receive a full refund of your $1,997 purchase price.

Guarantee Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this guarantee, you must:

Purchase and activate a minimum of two (2) funded trading accounts with a combined capital allocation of at least $300,000 (e.g., two $150,000 accounts or equivalent).

Establish accounts with a minimum 4-week interval between the first and second account activation. Accounts activated simultaneously or within the same 4-week period do not qualify for guarantee coverage.

Follow the provided setup instructions completely, including all configuration settings and recommended parameters as outlined in the training materials.

Maintain both accounts for the full 6-month guarantee period from the date of your Breakout A.I. purchase.

Provide complete documentation of both account statements, performance records, and system logs upon refund request.

Refund Terms

If your combined account performance does not reach $10,000 in documented net profit within the 6-month guarantee period, and you have met all eligibility requirements listed above, you will receive:

Full refund of your $1,997 Breakout A.I. purchase price

Permanent access to the Breakout A.I. system at no additional cost

Retention of all profits generated during the guarantee period

Example: If your two accounts generate a combined total of $8,500 in profit but do not reach the $10,000 threshold, you will receive your full $1,997 refund, retain the $8,500 in profits already earned, and maintain permanent access to the Breakout A.I. system.

Refund Claim Process

To submit a refund claim under this guarantee:

Contact our support team within 6 months of your original purchase date

Provide documentation including:

Both funded account statements covering the full 6-month period

Proof of account activation dates (minimum 4 weeks apart)

System configuration screenshots confirming proper setup

Total net profit calculation across both accounts

Allow 5-7 business days for documentation review and verification

Receive refund via original payment method within 14 business days of claim approval

Exclusions & Conditions

This guarantee does NOT apply if:

Fewer than two (2) funded accounts were activated and maintained

Accounts were activated within the same 4-week period

System was not configured according to provided instructions

Accounts were manually overridden or settings were altered beyond recommended parameters

Documentation is incomplete, altered, or cannot be verified

Refund request is submitted more than 6 months after original purchase date

Account(s) were closed prematurely before the 6-month guarantee period ended

Important Notes

The 6-month guarantee period begins on the date of your Breakout A.I. purchase, not the date of account activation

Funded account fees, subscriptions, or any third-party costs are separate from the Breakout A.I. purchase and are not covered by this guarantee

Profit calculations are based on net withdrawable profit as reported by your funded account provider

This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
